Wednesday's Wellbeing Tip

 
Small changes can improve our wellbeing and drinking water can be one of the most beneficial.
 
 
We're constantly being told to drink 8 glasses of water a day but not many of us do, so here are some facts and motivational pictures to encourage us to drink more water!
  
 
 
 

 

 
Drinking water doesn't have to be boring, you can always add flavour to make it a little more exciting, here are some fruity ideas to try out...
