Wednesday Wellbeing, how to feel less overwhelmed.


Just a quick Wednesday Wellbeing tip this week. I read this great article today about how simply rephrasing something can make you feel less overwhelmed. Try saying I have plenty of time to do the things I love to yourself rather than I'm so so busy!
